What is Providing P.R.O.O.F?
Providing P.R.O.O.F. is a 3-year economic literacy program designed for youth between the ages of 6-21. Learners attend bi-weekly sessions that focus on studying resources and resource utilization in ways that add value to themselves and their communities.
Is your organization a 501(c)(3)?
Yes, Providing P.R.O.O.F. is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization.
Why should I donate to Providing P.R.O.O.F.?
The learners who are beneficiaries of your donations to Providing P.R.O.O.F undergo transformative learning experiences, participate in economic literacy conferences, and design Capstone Project that invite their communities into the learning process. You are not just helping individual members in our program, but ultimately are investing in human assets who will improve the world that we all share.
How are donations used?
Donations are used to create pioneering learning experiences and scholarships for learners.
What kind of communities do you serve?
Providing P.R.O.O.F. serves underserved communities within the United States. With a vision to expand to global communities.
How do the parts of the curriculum work?
The curriculum fits together like a puzzle. Participants come to learning sessions to acquire economic literacy content knowledge. Next, they enhance this economic literacy content knowledge by practicing application of the ideas to their everyday lives. Then, they share economic literacy with family, friends, and neighbors. Finally, they create a capstone project and teach economic literacy to other participants, family, friends, and community members whom they may or may not know.
How is investment work assessed?
Investment work is assessed on a weekly basis. The teacher looks at investment work to see how participants are applying the concepts to their lives. The teacher will also examine who participants are sharing knowledge with and how they are spreading this knowledge. Much of the feedback will be provided in question form so that participants can reflect and take more control of their learning.
Who is invited to the capstone projects?
We invite all people who want to support our youth. We want to share this learning experience with family members, neighbors, teachers, community leaders, and friends. We welcome everyone who wants to learn and support others while they learn.
What do I have to do if I have to take a break in the program?
If you have to take a break in the program, communicate with the Student Relations Coordinator. If the break is short, the learner can complete online make-up sessions. If the break is long, the learner can rejoin the next time the curriculum cycle is offered.
If I have more than one child do I have to fill out separate applications?
Yes. You must fill out more than one application because each child is different and we want to get to know individuals as well as their families. There are sections of the application where you can reuse the same answers about the adult(s) responsible for filling out the application, if they are relevant.
How can I get involved?

How do I access my Donor Dashboard?
When you make a donation, a Donor Dashboard is automatically created using the email address you entered on the donation form. To log in for the first time, enter that email and select Forgot Password to set up your password. Once logged in, you can:
View all donations made under that email address
Download receipts
Update payment details
Amend or cancel recurring donation subscriptions
