About RACKEAL HARRELL
Rackeal Harrell brings a deeply rooted passion for financial empowerment, youth development, and systems-level change to her role as Founder and Board Chair of Providing P.R.O.O.F. Her professional journey began in banking, where she cultivated a foundation in financial services before transitioning into accounting. She went on to serve as a junior accountant and later as Assistant Director of Finance, roles that sharpened her understanding of fiscal responsibility, operations, and strategic growth.
Her commitment to impact led her to education, where she became the first Business Department Chair at a private Catholic high school in Westchester County. There, she also served as the Economics and Finance Coordinator, developing transformative programs that empowered students to excel beyond the classroom and see themselves as future innovators, entrepreneurs, and investors.
Rackeal is also a dedicated community educator, teaching money management to youth in the foster care system through a residential treatment center in Westchester County, NY. In 2013, she founded her own tax practice, which evolved into a full-service accounting firm by 2019, offering strategic financial guidance to individuals, families, and businesses.
Curious by nature and deeply committed to purpose-driven growth, Rackeal views every role she takes on as an opportunity to expand what’s possible—for herself, her community, and the youth she serves. Her love of travel and exploration fuels her vision, and her leadership continues to plant seeds that empower others to build with clarity, confidence, and care.
